With no obligation to purchase, our customers may obtain a quote by email.

Please visit the sections of interest and select the product you wish to purchase. When you consider obtaining a quote of the selected products, please write an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following information

  • Name of products to quote.
  • Assign an e-Order Number of your quote (will be numbering for further purchase).
  • Your name, institution/company, address, country, and phone number.
  • Indicate your VAT registration number.
  • Write the model of your RT-PCR platform.
  • If you wish exclude VAT from your invoice, please specify.

After GPS receive your inquiry, the complete quote GPS-form will be sent back to you by email. The quote will include shipping cost accordiorder_and_paymen ng to transport policies (see below) and GPS bank account number for payment by bank transfer. If you wish a modification of quote, please write us again .

When you ready to purchase a quoted product, please proceed by accepting the corresponding order by email indicating your assigned Purchase e-Order Number . Payment is required to activate your e-Order and before we send your products. Payment should be made by BANK TRANSFER. This can comfortably be achieved from your banking institution by using your e-banking facilities in your personal computer. When you proceed with bank transfer please remember to indicate your assigned Purchase e-Order Number, in the corresponding e-payment transfer. After payment was confirmed in our account we will proceed with shipping of your products and you will receive your invoice by email.

TRANSPORT

All our kits are sent by the well-known international courier agency TNT (FedEx for dried-ice shipments to outside Europe), to ensure rapid and safe delivery. Cost varies according to: i, EU or non-EU location and; ii, dried-ice or room T packing. Please select when preparing your e-order. Immediately after your products were shipped, your will be informed by email with attached invoice and a TNT tracking reference number will be given for checking transport status of your products. Delivers to EU countries should take 24-48 hours; for non-EU countries, may take 2-3 days. For dried-ice shipments to outside Europe, as varies much by destination, please send us your FedEx account number.
