The mono-cfhDNA dtec-qPCR comprises a series of specific targeted reagents designed for Monocopy cell-free human DNA detection by using qPCR. The target is a single-copy gene used as reference gene for quantification of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) present in human blood. Cell free DNA is becoming an important clinical analyte for prenatal testing, cancer diagnosis and cancer monitoring. A single-copy gene gives more accurate estimation of genomic copies than a multiple-copy gene.
